At DAS we take our professional activities and engagement with wider communities and stakeholders extremely seriously. We aim to act in line with the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA) Code of Conduct Professional Ethics in Archaeology (2022) and our own in-house policies.

 DAS believes that the health, safety, and well-being of our staff, business partners, visitors, volunteers, associates and contractors is integral  and of paramount importance. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment.

At DAS we want to promote and protect mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. DAS has trained Mental Health First Aiders to offer support and assistance in mental health and stress management.
